Business scaling session in progress at Rorejue

Scaling without guessing

Rorejue runs group and individual sessions on business scaling - structured around what practitioners actually need to decide, delegate, and grow. The sessions are live, the instructors are active operators, and the path is yours to shape.

When this actually fits

These sessions are built for people who already have something running. If you are still deciding whether to start, a different kind of resource would serve you better.

  • You have revenue, a team of at least two people, and recurring decisions that feel harder than they should. The sessions address the mechanics of scaling - pricing, delegation, process - not ideation.

  • Group sessions run with 6–12 participants in similar growth stages. The value comes from hearing how others frame the same problems - not just from the instructor's input.

  • Individual sessions cover financials, team conflicts, and strategic pivots that you would not raise in a group. The format shifts to match what you are actually working through.

  • The program runs across 8-week cycles. Single sessions are available, but the learning path is designed for people who can show up consistently and apply things between meetings.

People who still operate

Instructors at Rorejue run or have run businesses in the 500k–5M PLN revenue range. They teach from decisions they made last quarter, not from frameworks written a decade ago.
