Structured paths for scaling.

Two formats, one goal - building the operational and strategic capacity to grow a business without losing control of it.

Choose the structure that fits where you are right now, not where you wish you were.

What each format covers

All sessions are live - no pre-recorded content, no automated feedback.

Group sessions

Small cohorts of 6–10 business owners work through scaling frameworks together. Sessions run weekly and focus on real operational decisions, not theory.

Peer feedback often surfaces blind spots that an instructor alone cannot. The group format works best when you need perspective from people facing comparable challenges.

Individual sessions

One-on-one work with an instructor who maps your specific business model, identifies the friction points slowing growth, and builds a session plan around them.

Useful when your situation is too specific for a group format or when you need to move faster than a cohort schedule allows.

Personalized learning paths

Before any session begins, your instructor reviews your current business structure - revenue model, team size, bottlenecks - and maps a sequence of topics that reflects actual gaps, not a generic curriculum.

Paths are adjusted as you progress. If a topic takes longer than expected, the plan shifts. If you move faster, the depth increases.

How a session actually runs

Pre-session brief

You submit one specific question or decision you are working through. The instructor prepares relevant frameworks and examples before the session starts.

Structured live work

The session moves through the problem with a clear structure - diagnosis, options, trade-offs. No open-ended conversations without direction.

Documented output

After each session you receive a written summary of decisions made, next actions, and the reasoning behind them - not just notes.

Follow-up check

Between sessions, a short async check-in confirms whether the planned actions were taken and surfaces any blockers before the next meeting.

Practical questions about format and fit

These are the questions most participants ask before their first session. Honest answers, no sales framing.

Group sessions are structured around shared challenges and collaborative problem-solving with peers in similar business stages. Individual sessions are tailored entirely to your specific situation, pace, and goals - no shared agenda.
Most participants work through a structured path over 12 to 20 weeks, depending on session frequency and the complexity of their scaling goals. There is no fixed deadline - progress is tracked by milestones, not calendar weeks.
Yes. Many participants start in a group format to build foundational frameworks and then move into individual sessions when they need focused attention on specific operational or strategic decisions.
Sessions are designed for business owners and operators who already have a running business and are actively working on growth. This is not an introductory program - participants should have at least one year of operational experience.
